My horse trailer has a ramp, which I really like most of the time. But every time my horse makes his tribute to the trailer gods (manure) and backs through it and down the ramp, those slick hooves have slipped badly. So I went down to my local Home Depot and found this “extra textured” paint by Behr, and gave the ramp 2 coats. The paint, plus the special roller, cost about $35 total. So far it appears to be a real success–the ramp is much more skid-resistant. We’ll see how long the paint actually adheres to the rubber…
